Here is our application process:

If you are a returning Teen Retreat Staff member ... please download the Returning Application Packet below.  This will include the Application, Counselor Details, Sample Schedule and Counselor Policy Manual.  Please note that since Camp Arcadia already has your references on file, you do not have to fill out the reference portion of the application or have new reference forms filled out. 

The priority date for applications is February 8, 2008.

If you are applying for the first time ...

1) Download the Application Packet below.

2) Fill out the Application & Application Questions and return them to Camp Arcadia P.O. Box 229 Arcadia, MI 49613. The application priority date is February 8th.  We we still accept applications after this date, but the positions could be limited.  Please contact Chip May if you plan to apply after the priority date.  In addition to the Application and Application Questions, the packet includes the Counselor Details, Counselor Policy Manual and a Sample Schedule.

3)  Have your three references fill out the Reference Form and return to Camp Arcadia P.O. Box 229 Arcadia, MI 49613.  Do not use relatives, friends or minors. 

Make sure you have one reference from the following persons:

1. Former or current employer or supervisor

2. An adult who is at least 18 years old and who knows you personally.  This can be a professor, teacher, RA, co-worker.

3. Your pastor or youth director.

4)  Once your paperwork is received and reviewed we will set up an interview either in person or over the phone.

5)  Positions will be offered in March.
